About Move-In / Move-Out
You shouldn't have to think about cleaning during a move. That's our job.
Moving is one of the most stressful weeks any homeowner experiences. Boxes everywhere, movers scheduled, kids out of routine, two homes simultaneously demanding attention. The cleaning that has to happen — at both ends — is usually the last thing anyone has time for.
Move-In / Move-Out is built for that week. Empty home, top to bottom, every surface — including the ones routine cleanings don't touch: inside all kitchen cabinets and drawers, inside the refrigerator, freezer, oven, and dishwasher, inside bathroom cabinets, pantry closet floor and shelves, backsplash degreased, all baseboards wet-wiped by hand, light fixtures and ceiling fans, switch plates and door frames. The home is handed over (or received) in turn-key condition.
Most Move-In / Out clients book through referrals — from previous clients, from real estate agents, from movers. The work is intensive and we schedule it around your closing or key-handover date.

Typical Timing
A Move-In or Move-Out clean for a typical 2,500–3,500 sq ft home takes a full day (6–8 hours) with a team of 2–3 cleaners. Smaller homes may finish in 4–5 hours; larger or more demanding properties may extend into a second day.
