The Founders' Offer

Your deep clean at the maintenance price.

When you commit to twelve months of Elite Maintenance, your initial deep clean is priced at the recurring rate. Save $200 to $900 on day one.

— Why We Limit Enrollment —

The reason most cleaning companies can't do this.

Most cleaning companies grow by saying yes to every new client. They route teams wherever the work is. The result: a different crew at your home each visit, a service that drifts in quality, and a company that's always one staffing crisis from breaking.

We built ChicProClean the other way. Our teams hold consistent routes. Each home is assigned to a team that knows it. That model only works when we onboard new families at a pace our routes can absorb — which means a limited number of new homes each month.

We'd rather a year of your trust than a single transaction.

When monthly capacity is reached, new families join the waitlist. We let you know when a spot opens — usually within a few weeks, sometimes sooner if a route in your area has room. Founders' Offer families get first priority when new spots open; month-to-month families come in as routes allow. It's the honest tradeoff for the operating model that makes the rest of our standard possible.

How It Works

Four steps. No complications.

The Founders' Offer is straightforward by design. Here's the full path from first call to your first visit.

01

Request a quote.

Tell us about your home — size, condition, the rhythm you want. We'll respond within one business day with a real number, not a placeholder.

02

Commit to twelve months.

Choose your visit cadence — weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly Elite Maintenance. Twelve months of consistent care, the same trained team holding the route whenever possible.

03

Deep clean at the maintenance rate.

Your initial deep clean — the one that brings the home to baseline — is priced at the recurring rate, not the standard one-time deep clean rate. That's the savings.

04

Maintenance, visit after visit.

The schedule begins. Same day, same time, same documented standard. We protect the rhythm; you stop having to manage it.

The Math

Where the savings live.

A standard first-visit deep clean is priced separately from the recurring rate — because the work is significantly more intensive than maintaining a home that's already on a schedule. Under the Founders' Offer, you pay the lower rate from day one.

Compact

Up to 1,000 sq ft

$200

Saved Day One

Condos, townhomes, and smaller single-family homes on a recurring schedule.

Larger

2,500 – 4,000 sq ft

$750

Saved Day One

Larger family homes — common in Geneva, Barrington, Lake Zurich, and Palatine.

Estate

4,000+ sq ft

$900

Saved Day One

Estate-scale properties — Inverness, Long Grove, Barrington Hills, and the larger Lake Zurich lots.

Exact savings depend on the scope agreed at your consultation. We never quote off a generic sheet — every number is real and tied to your home.

The Waitlist

When the month fills up.

Honesty about what happens when you reach out and we don't have room this month.

What to expect.

  • You still get a real quote. We don't skip the consultation. You'll have a real number and a real scope of work — whether or not we have capacity right now.
  • We tell you the expected wait time. Most waitlist spots open within a few weeks, sometimes sooner if a route in your area has room. Some areas wait longer. We tell you the truth.
  • Your Founders' Offer pricing is honored. If you commit while on the waitlist, the maintenance-rate pricing on your first deep clean is locked in — we don't change the deal while you wait.
  • One-time services are heavily limited. Deep cleans, Move-In/Out, and Market Ready cleans exist — but we keep them rare. Protecting the recurring schedule is the same reason we limit new families each month. Most one-time spots go to friends and family of current clients.
  • You're not locked in by joining the waitlist. Joining is free. Stepping off is free. We'll never bill you for being on a list.

The waitlist isn't a marketing tactic. It's the honest consequence of holding our routes together.

Common Questions

The fine print, plain.

There are two ways in, and we want both to be honest.

Path one — the Founders' Offer (12-month commitment). You commit to twelve months of Elite Maintenance and we price your deep clean at the recurring rate, saving you $200 to $900 on day one. Founders' Offer families also get first priority on our limited monthly capacity — when a spot opens, you're at the front of the line.

Path two — month-to-month (no commitment). Pay the full standard deep clean price up front and join Elite Maintenance month-to-month. Pause, change, or stop anytime, no rebill. The tradeoff: monthly capacity is limited and commitment families go first, so spots open as routes allow.

Either path is real. The right one depends on whether the day-one savings are worth committing to twelve months — for most families they are, but we'd rather you choose with eyes open than feel boxed in.
You can end the program at any time — we're not in the business of locking anyone into something that no longer fits. Here's exactly how the math works:

If you end Elite Maintenance before completing the twelve months of the Founders' Offer, the deep clean rebills at the full standard rate on your final invoice — $500 minimum, with larger or more neglected homes priced higher. This recaptures the discount built into recurring pricing and the loss of route capacity.

The deep clean baseline is $500 because that's what a proper first-visit reset is actually worth. You paid the maintenance rate for it; if you don't complete the twelve months, you pay what it was always worth. Full terms in our Elite Service Agreement.
Elite Maintenance runs weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly — you pick the cadence that fits the home and the household. Most clients land on bi-weekly. The Founders' Offer applies at every cadence.
Yes — across all twelve of our service-area cities in Kane and McHenry counties. Some routes have shorter waitlists than others; we'll tell you what to expect when you request a quote.
The Founders' Offer is for new clients — you've already proven the relationship is worth it. If you're a current client, talk to us about referral privileges instead. Members can refer friends and family into the program.
A first-visit deep clean takes a home from "lived in" to baseline — baseboards, light fixtures, cabinet faces, vent covers, the deep work that doesn't get done on a recurring visit. Once the baseline is set, maintenance visits keep it there with less time and less labor. That's why the recurring rate is lower — and why the Founders' Offer is meaningful.
We try not to surprise anyone. If a wait stretches, we tell you. If you want off the list, you're off.

One-time services like a single Deep Clean or Move-In/Out are heavily limited too — usually reserved for friends and family of current clients. The same logic applies: every one-time visit we take is a slot that doesn't go to a recurring family. Worth asking about if your timing is urgent, but plan on the answer being "not this month" more often than not.
Because the math only works when you protect routes and accept fewer new clients than you could. Most cleaning companies grow by saying yes to everyone — which makes a 12-month commitment risky for the client, because the team they meet on day one likely isn't the team that'll show up on day ninety. We built ChicProClean to make the commitment safe on both sides.
