Elite Maintenance is the heart of how ChicProClean works. After the foundational Deep Clean, the relationship transitions into a recurring rhythm — your home is cleaned by the same trained team whenever possible, on the same day of the week or month, to the same documented standard, visit after visit.

What makes Elite Maintenance different from generic recurring cleanings is the consistency. The team learns your home — which surfaces matter, where you keep things, what your family's schedule looks like, the small preferences that make a service feel like it's yours rather than someone's. That continuity is the service.

Two tiers, three schedules. Platinum covers the full house, every visit. Essential focuses on kitchen and bathrooms — for clients who want consistent maintenance of the rooms that matter most without the full-house cost. Schedules: once a week, every two weeks, or every four weeks.

Every Elite Maintenance visit is scoped to your home — duration depends on team size, home size, and the agreed scope at consultation. Our teams range from one to five cleaners, sized to match what your home needs on the schedule you set. What we work to keep constant: the same team, the same day, the same documented standard — backed by trained team members on your home for the rare exception.

What's the difference between Platinum and Essential? +
Platinum covers the full house every visit — every room, every surface, every detail from our standard checklist. Essential focuses on kitchen and bathrooms only, on the same recurring schedule. Essential clients tend to be smaller households who want consistent care for the rooms that matter most without the full-house cost.
Can I switch tiers or schedules later? +
Yes, anytime. Just let us know a visit or two in advance. Many clients start Essential then upgrade to Platinum, or vice versa as life changes.
Do I have to be home during the cleaning? +
Most Elite Maintenance clients give us a way in — garage code, door code, or someone home — and aren't there during the visit. We don't keep client keys; all codes are stored securely and never shared outside ChicProClean. You'll receive automated text reminders 5 days and 2 days before each visit, plus an 'on the way' text 30–60 minutes before we arrive.
What happens if my regular cleaner is sick? +
We have backup team members trained on your home so the schedule stays consistent. We'll always tell you in advance if there's a change.
Is there a commitment or minimum term? +
There are two paths in. Most new families take the Founders' Offer — a twelve-month commitment that earns the deep clean at the maintenance rate (saving $200–$900 on day one). The other path is month-to-month: pay the full standard deep clean price and join Elite Maintenance without a commitment — pause, change, or stop anytime.

Either way: 48 business hours' notice on individual visits, cancellations inside 48 hours may require a $75 fee, and last-minute cancels on weekly/bi-weekly routes carry a 35% surcharge on the next visit. This keeps the schedule fair for everyone. Founders' Offer families get first priority on our limited monthly capacity; month-to-month spots open as routes allow.
Do you handle holiday/seasonal schedule changes? +
Yes. We communicate well in advance about holiday week shifts via text and email. Most Elite Maintenance clients also book optional seasonal deep cleans (spring/fall) at a reduced rate to keep the home consistently at baseline.
What supplies do I provide vs. what do you bring? +
We bring everything we need to clean — non-toxic products, microfiber towels, vacuums, mops, and equipment. We ask Elite clients to keep on hand: 1–2 rolls of paper towels per visit (for heavy-soiled areas and toilets), 2–3 garbage bags per visit, any special-size liners for bathroom trash if you want them replaced, and a toilet brush in every bathroom. Leave them on the kitchen counter on cleaning day so the team can grab them easily.
How does payment and tipping work? +
Best option is Zelle to payment@chicproclean.com — no fees. Cash or check (in a sealed envelope labeled "ChicProClean") also works. Credit and debit cards are also accepted. Tips are never required, but if you'd like to add one, simply include it in your total — 100% of tips go directly to the cleaners.
