Joanna & Carlos.

We aren't a franchise. We aren't a chain. We're a husband-and-wife team that started this in 2016 because we believed we could build a cleaning service that was worth keeping — one that showed up, did the work right, and remembered your name.

As a busy family ourselves, we understand how much depends on a home being in order — how much energy and peace of mind it gives back when it is, and how much it takes from you when it isn't. That perspective shapes how we approach every home we touch.

We built this on principles simple to name and hard to keep — trust, communication, and deep attention to detail.

Nearly a decade later, we still know our clients by name. We still hand-select the team. We still answer the phone. That's the part we hope you feel when our team walks in the door.

2016

The start.

We launched ChicProClean in Algonquin with a simple idea: every home deserves the kind of cleaning we'd want in our own. One home, one client, one referral at a time. No franchise playbook. No outside investors. Just the work — and a name we wanted to be proud of.

Through the years

We learned what mattered. Continuity over rotation. A documented checklist that doesn't drift. Honest communication when things change. Reliability is the real luxury — and most home services don't deliver it. We built our operations around the gap.

Hundreds of families across 12+ Northwest Illinois communities. Five service lines — Deep Clean, Elite Maintenance, Market Ready, Move-In/Out, and Commercial. Four awards in three years. Most of our growth still comes from referrals. That's the part we're proudest of.

Every team member is background-checked, trained on our documented checklist, and onboarded under direct supervision before they ever clean a home solo.

We carry the coverage that protects your home and our team. Certificate of Insurance available on request for commercial accounts and HOAs.

100% of tips to cleaners.

If you choose to tip, every dollar goes directly to the team member who cleaned your home — not to the company. Always has, always will.

Owners involved.

Joanna or Carlos personally reads every quote request, every review, and every concern. When something matters, you reach a real owner — not a regional manager.

Non-toxic supplies.

We bring everything — non-toxic cleaning products, microfiber towels, vacuums, and equipment. Your home stays safe for kids, pets, and breathing humans.

We built ChicProClean here. A decade of standing routes, repeat clients, and a name that has to stand up to every neighbor it reaches. The team is local.
