Huntley is one of the fastest-growing communities in the Fox Valley — around 28,000 residents split between two very different worlds: the Del Webb Sun City 55+ community on the east side, and the growing family neighborhoods to the west.
Sun City Huntley alone has over 5,500 homes — a city within a city, with its own clubhouse, golf, fitness center, and the kind of residents who'd rather spend afternoons at the lodge than behind a vacuum. Maintenance cleaning is the most-requested service here, often bi-weekly or monthly.
West of Route 47, Huntley's family neighborhoods are growing fast — newer construction, open floor plans, and the homes of families balancing kids, jobs, and the desire for someone reliable to keep the house running. Both ends of Huntley have been on our route for years.
