Light commercial cleaning is its own discipline. The visible-surface standard is higher than residential — every speck of dust at the front desk is a judgment call from someone walking in for the first time. The cleaning has to be invisible, but the result has to be unmistakable.

That's the gap we built ChicProClean Commercial to fill. The same trained team that cares for premium homes across Northwest Illinois handles select commercial accounts — the goal is continuity, and we hold to it whenever possible — offices under 10,000 sq ft, medical and dental practices, wellness and salon spaces, funeral homes, churches, and boutique retail. We work after-hours or before-hours so your operation never sees us. We sign NDAs. We're bonded and insured.

What we're not: industrial janitorial, factory cleaning, large-scale facilities maintenance, or low-bid commodity contracts. If you've been frustrated by rotating crews, missed visits, and "good enough" results — that's exactly the problem we solve.

A written scope of work and a flat monthly rate — based on square footage, frequency, and the specific tasks for your space. Predictable line item, no surprises.

Onboarding & access

We sign an NDA if needed, set up access (key, code, alarm), and assign the team. Certificate of insurance provided on request.

Continuity is the goal.

Cleaning happens on the schedule we agreed — before, after, or around your operating hours. Same documented standard. The same trained team whenever possible. Quarterly check-ins.

Billing & Payment

How billing works.

Commercial accounts are flat monthly, billed at the start of each month. Predictable for your bookkeeper, predictable for ours. Net 15 standard; Net 30 available with established history.

Accepted payment methods: ACH transfer, Zelle, check, or credit card (3% processing fee on cards). Invoices itemized to scope. W-9 and Certificate of Insurance provided on request.

What size businesses do you work with? +
We're built for light commercial — typically spaces under 10,000 sq ft. Offices, dental and medical practices, salons, boutique retail, wellness studios, funeral homes, attorneys, financial advisors, real estate offices, and churches. We're not the right fit for warehouses, factories, or large-scale industrial facilities.
Do you clean after-hours? +
Yes — and most of our commercial clients prefer it that way. Early mornings, evenings, weekends. We work around your operating hours so cleaning happens when your space is empty and your clients never see us. Discretion is part of the service.
Are you bonded and insured? +
Yes. We're bonded and insured, and happy to provide a Certificate of Insurance (COI) before service begins — many property managers and landlords require this, and we routinely send them.
Do you handle medical-grade disinfection? +
For dental and medical practices, we follow standard surface disinfection protocols using EPA-registered hospital-grade disinfectants on high-touch areas — front desk, exam rooms (cleared), restrooms, door handles, light switches, common surfaces. We do not handle regulated medical waste, sharps, blood/body fluid cleanup, or sterile operatory turnover — those require specialized biohazard or sterilization services. We'll be honest about what's in scope before we quote.
Will you sign a confidentiality agreement? +
Yes. Mutual NDAs are standard for our commercial accounts — especially medical, dental, legal, and financial practices. We don't discuss client spaces with anyone outside the assigned cleaning team, and the team is trained on confidentiality from day one.
How do you handle keys, codes, and alarm systems? +
All access credentials are stored securely and shared only with the cleaning team assigned to your account. We document arrival and departure, arm and disarm alarms per your protocol, and follow lockup procedures exactly as you specify. If anything looks off when we arrive — door ajar, lights left on, signs of forced entry — we call you before entering.
How is commercial pricing different from residential? +
Commercial is typically quoted as a flat monthly rate based on square footage, scope, and frequency of service — not per-visit. This gives you a predictable line item on your operating budget and lets us schedule consistent visits with the same team whenever possible. Quotes are always custom; nothing is done off a generic price sheet.
Can you handle one-time post-construction or event cleanups? +
Yes — one-time commercial deep cleans, post-construction cleanups, and post-event cleanups are available as standalone services. The same trained team whenever possible, same documented standard, scoped and priced to the project. Useful for office moves, contractor finish-outs, after-hours event resets, and seasonal deep cleans.
What's the minimum frequency? +
Most commercial accounts are weekly or twice-weekly — that's where consistency and value land best. We can also schedule bi-weekly, monthly, or custom rotations (e.g., daily light tidy plus a weekly deep). One-time and project-based work is available without ongoing commitment.
