Market Ready is our pre-listing service — built specifically for homes that are about to be photographed, shown, or opened to buyers. It uses the same three-step dusting and extensive wet work as our Premier Deep Cleaning, with added attention to the details that matter when a home is being seen.

Surfaces are dry dusted, detail dusted, and wet-wiped. Trim, doors, baseboards, and high areas are scrubbed to remove fingerprints, grime, and buildup that get overlooked in regular visits. Bathroom showers, tubs, grout, and glass get heavy-duty scrubbing. Kitchen cabinets, backsplash, sinks, and counters are degreased. Blinds dusting is included — and we strongly recommend adding kitchen appliances inside deep cleaning, which gets a discount with Market Ready.

The team spends significantly more time in every room — corners, edges, overlooked areas — because Market Ready isn't a routine clean. It's a reset designed to elevate every detail of the home before it's shown. We coordinate timing with your real estate agent or listing schedule.

Typical Timing

How long it takes.

A Market Ready clean for a typical 2,500–3,500 sq ft home takes a full day with a team of 2–3. Smaller homes (under 2,000 sq ft) often finish in 4–5 hours. Larger or more lived-in homes may extend into a second day.

When should I schedule Market Ready? +
Ideally 1–2 days before MLS photos. The home needs time to settle — let pets out, air it out, then photographer arrives to a calm, freshly-cleaned home. For agents managing the timing: we'll coordinate directly with you on the schedule.
Do you work with real estate agents? +
Yes — heavily. Many agents in the Fox Valley and Northwest Suburbs refer their seller clients to us. Tell us if you're working with an agent and we'll coordinate directly on scheduling, access, and any specific requirements.
What's included in a Market Ready clean vs a Deep Clean? +
Market Ready and Premier Deep Clean share nearly identical checklists — the difference is intent and scope. Market Ready includes blinds dusting as standard (in Premier, it's an add-on). Most Market Ready clients also book the Kitchen Appliances Inside Deep Cleaning add-on, which we strongly recommend for any home about to be shown. Both services use our three-step dusting approach, extensive wet work, heavy bathroom detailing, and kitchen degreasing.
Can you stage or move furniture? +
We don't stage — that's your real estate agent or professional stager's call. We make beds, fluff pillows, and dust collectibles as part of our standard Every Room tasks. If you're working with a stager, we coordinate around their work.
Do you do touch-ups between showings? +
If the home is being shown over multiple weekends, we can schedule additional visits between showings — typically lighter resets focused on kitchens, bathrooms, and high-traffic surfaces. Pricing and scope are discussed at consultation. We don't believe in surprise touch-up fees.
What if the home is vacant? +
Vacant homes are typically faster (no occupants, no possessions, no children's toys). We adjust pricing accordingly.
