Our Premier Deep Cleaning is the most thorough reset we offer. While it follows a checklist that may look similar to our Elite Maintenance visits, the process itself is far more involved and detailed. For most clients, it's the first visit before transitioning into Elite Maintenance.

What separates Premier from a routine cleaning is the three-step approach to dusting — every surface is dry dusted, then detail dusted, then wet-wiped to remove built-up grime. High-reach ceilings included. Trim, doors, baseboards, and high-reach areas receive thorough wet cleaning. Showers, tubs, and grout are scrubbed to remove hard water stains, soap scum, and mildew. Kitchen cabinets, backsplash, and sink areas are degreased and scrubbed.

Premier Deep Cleaning is also available as a one-time service with no further commitment — perfect if you simply want a thorough top-to-bottom reset of your space without starting a recurring relationship.

How long it takes.

Deep cleaning is heavy detail. Lots of wet work, scrubbing, and real elbow grease. Most Deep Cleans take half a day to a full day, and on larger homes the work can extend into a second day. We staff teams of one to five cleaners — sized to the home and the scope — and we're able to tackle any job.

How is Premier Deep Clean different from a regular cleaning? +

A regular maintenance cleaning maintains a home that's already at baseline. Premier Deep Clean brings the home TO baseline using our three-step approach: every surface is dry dusted, detail dusted, then wet-wiped. Trim, doors, baseboards, and high-reach areas get extensive wet work. Showers and tubs are heavily scrubbed to remove hard water and soap scum. Kitchen cabinets and backsplash are degreased and scrubbed. The team spends significantly more time per room — corners, edges, the places routine cleanings can't reach.

Do I need a Deep Clean before starting Elite Maintenance? +

Yes — for most homes. Elite Maintenance is designed to keep a home at baseline, not bring it there. Starting with a Deep Clean ensures we're maintaining the home, not playing catch-up every visit.

How long does a Deep Clean take? +

Most take a full working day (5–8 hours) with a trained team of 2–3. Larger homes (4,000+ sq ft) may extend into a second day.

What's included in the Deep Clean price? +

All labor, all non-toxic supplies, all equipment. No hidden fees. The price covers the full Premier checklist. Optional add-ons — kitchen appliances inside deep cleaning (oven, refrigerator, freezer, microwave), changing bed sheets, dusting & wiping blinds, interior window cleaning, sunrooms/basements/garage sweeping, and tile & grout steam cleaning — are priced separately and discussed before booking. Kitchen appliances inside gets a special discount when added to Premier.

Do you bring your own supplies? +

Yes. We bring all non-toxic supplies, microfiber cloths, vacuums, mops, and protective equipment. If you have specific products you'd like us to use, just tell us at the consultation.

What if my home hasn't been deep cleaned in years? +

Tell us at the consultation — it's common, and we plan accordingly. Heavier buildup may require a longer first visit, but we'll be transparent about the scope before we book.
