Geneva is the most architecturally preserved of the Tri-Cities — around 22,000 residents in a town that has worked hard to keep its character: pre-war homes downtown, the walkable 3rd Street shopping district, the historic depot, and the larger estates spreading out from the original village core.
The homes here are unusually old for the area. Genuine craftsmans and Victorians along 3rd Street, brick foursquares in the streets behind Geneva Commons, larger estates north toward the country club. The cleaning has to be done with care — plaster walls, original hardwood floors, antique fixtures that the families have lived around for decades.
