What our SMS program is.
ChicProClean operates an SMS messaging program for customers and prospective customers who have asked to hear from us by text. The program is operated by ChicProClean LLC, located at 244 S Randall Rd PMB 1025, Elgin, IL 60123.
This page explains how the program works, what you're agreeing to when you opt in, and how to stop receiving messages at any time. By opting in, you confirm you've read and agreed to these terms.

How you opt in.
You only receive text messages from us if you take a clear, affirmative step to opt in. The most common ways are:
- Checking the SMS consent box on our quote request form at chicproclean.com/quote
- Replying with a confirmation keyword to a text we send you
- Verbally confirming during a phone conversation that you'd like text updates (and we log it on our end)
Consent is never automatic. We don't text you just because we have your number. Your consent to receive marketing texts is not a condition of buying anything from us or receiving any service.
Express written consent
By opting in, you expressly consent to receive recurring promotional and informational text messages from ChicProClean at the phone number you provided, including messages sent using an automatic telephone dialing system or pre-recorded voice.

Message frequency.
Most months you'll get 2–4 messages from us. During the weeks around major holidays — Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Year — you may receive a few additional messages about schedule adjustments. We try to keep it useful, not noisy.
Frequency varies based on whether you're a current client (appointment reminders push the number up), a recent quote requester (you might hear from us a couple of times in the first week, then go quiet), or someone who opted in for occasional updates (closer to 2 a month).

What we'll actually text you.
Depending on your relationship with us, messages may include:
- Quote follow-up: A heads-up that we tried to reach you, or a confirmation that your quote has been sent.
- Appointment reminders: The day before a scheduled cleaning, a short reminder of the time window.
- Schedule changes: If we need to adjust a visit due to weather, illness, or holidays.
- Service updates: Occasional news about openings, seasonal availability, or referral rewards.
- Account housekeeping: Reminders about invoices, card-on-file expirations, or related items.
We don't send sales pitches for unrelated products, third-party offers, or anything that isn't directly relevant to your home or your relationship with our service.

How to opt out.
You can stop messages anytime, no questions asked. Any of these will work:
- Reply STOP, END, CANCEL, UNSUBSCRIBE, or QUIT to any text we've sent you
- Email us at info@chicproclean.com asking to be removed from SMS
- Call us at (224) 269.8825
When you reply STOP, you'll receive one final confirmation message acknowledging the opt-out — that's required by carriers — and then nothing further. If you ever want to opt back in, just text us again or check the box on a future quote form.
Important
Opting out of SMS doesn't cancel any active cleaning service or remove you from our email list. Those are separate. If you're a current Elite Maintenance client and want to pause or cancel service, please contact us directly — we still need to communicate with you about your account, just through email or phone instead of text.

Costs & carrier charges.
ChicProClean does not charge you to receive text messages. However, message and data rates from your wireless carrier may apply depending on your plan. If you're not on an unlimited texting plan, each message we send or you reply to may count against your plan's allotment.
If you're unsure about the cost of receiving texts, check with your wireless carrier before opting in.

Supported carriers.
Our SMS program is compatible with all major U.S. wireless carriers, including but not limited to:
- AT&T, Verizon Wireless, T-Mobile, Sprint
- Boost Mobile, Cricket, MetroPCS, Virgin Mobile
- U.S. Cellular, Consumer Cellular, Google Fi, Mint Mobile
- Most regional carriers and prepaid services
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. If you experience delivery issues, please reach out to us directly and we'll troubleshoot from our side.

Privacy & your data.
The phone number you give us to enroll in SMS is treated the same as any other personal information you share with ChicProClean. We follow the same rules:
- We never sell or rent your phone number. Not to data brokers, not to other cleaning companies, not to anyone.
- We never share your number with third parties for their marketing. Full stop.
- We do use trusted service providers (such as our messaging platform and CRM) to actually send messages on our behalf. They handle your number only to deliver our messages and are bound by confidentiality.
- We keep your number as long as you're opted in, plus a reasonable period after opt-out to honor your STOP request.

Disclaimers & liability.
We work hard to make our SMS messages timely, accurate, and useful, but we can't guarantee delivery. Messages may be delayed or fail to deliver due to carrier issues, network outages, device problems, or factors outside our control.
To the extent permitted by law, ChicProClean is not liable for any damages arising from delayed, undelivered, or misdirected messages, or from your inability to receive messages on your device.
The SMS program is provided "as is." We may add, modify, or discontinue features at any time. We may also suspend or terminate any individual user's participation for misuse, abuse, or violation of these terms.

Changes to these terms.
We may update these SMS Terms from time to time — to reflect new features, new legal requirements, or just to make the language clearer. When we do, we'll update the "Effective" date at the top of the page.
If we make a material change that affects how we handle your data or what kinds of messages you'll receive, we'll let you know directly — either by text, email, or a notice on this site — before the change takes effect.
Your continued participation in the SMS program after changes are posted means you accept the updated terms. If you don't agree with a change, you can always reply STOP to opt out.
