Highly Selective
Families trust us with their homes — we owe them professionals we'd trust with our own. Not everyone is the right fit. Most applicants don't make it through.
Professional residential cleaning experience. Required — not optional. Cleaning your own home doesn't count. You should already know what a deep clean, a move-in/move-out and recurring maintenance each require.
Background check. Required before your first assignment. Families trust us in their homes — we owe them that confidence.
Reliable. You're free to accept or decline any assignment. Once you accept one, we count on it — a family planned their week around that day.

Professional presentation. Respectful, courteous, and trustworthy in clients' homes.
Your own reliable transportation. Homes concentrated near Palatine, Algonquin, Crystal Lake, Barrington and Lake Zurich, with some in Elgin and the Fox Valley.
Authorized to work in the US. Documentation required at time of onboarding.
Your own general liability insurance. $1M per occurrence / $2M aggregate, with ChicProClean named as additional insured, in place within 60 days of your first assignment. Already carrying coverage is a plus.
Your own supplies and equipment. You operate independently, with your own tools and products.
Non-toxic service. Families contract us for non-toxic cleaning — that's the standard you're delivering in every home.
Independent operator mindset. Comfortable being your own boss while operating within our standards.
